About Cheri Futch

A rare native Floridian, Cheri Futch was born and raised in Inverness, Florida. She graduated Citrus High School and initially worked at a title company before deciding to pursue a career in physical therapy. She attended Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville earning her NPTE certification and then Valencia College in Orlando where she worked as a trainer and in physical therapy and studied criminal justice before moving to Ocala and ultimately becoming a Physical Therapy Technician at Munroe Regional Medical Center. After working there for several years, she decided to switch gears and attended The Florida School of Massage going on to open a Day Spa in Beverly Hills, Florida.

Cheri lived in Ocala for 30 years raising her family. “Family is especially important to me and I spent many years as a Team Mom for my two children through football, baseball and soccer and coaching cheerleading, dance and was active in showing horses with my daughter across Florida. My children's activities were my hobbies until they grew up.” Her daughter, Taylor, just graduated from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) this year and her son, Landon is currently serving in The United States Navy, and her husband of 24-years, Randy, is a retired Firefighter/Paramedic.

Giving back is intrinsic to Cheri who volunteers and supports numerous organizations locally, statewide internationally including:
• The Ocala Royal Dames supporting fund raising for cancer research
• Michelle-O-Gram which is a program to help women who are unable to afford mammograms receive them free of charge and has, to date, helped over 900 women receive tests
• The Special Olympics - the world's largest sports organization for children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities.
• "Save The Children" founded more than a century ago in the United Kingdom that has worked internationally to champion children’s rights
• The Lupus Foundation working towards a cure and helping raise awareness for the autoimmune disorder
• The National Association of Search and Rescue (NASAR) where Cheri is a certified technician who has worked with several sheriff and police departments searching for missing people
Her hobbies are basically anything outdoors including photography, biking, offshore fishing, boating, and walking the beach.
Having relocated to Vero Beach in 2018, Cheri always had a love of real estate and homes and became a judge for the Parade of Homes in Volusia County and in Indian River County which she continues to do today. Taking it to the next level now, she’s excited to be helping people with their real estate needs and combining her two loves. Contact Cheri anytime at 352-572-0090 or at
